PUPPY INTRODUCTION
Perfect for introducing your puppy to grooming. This dedicated puppy groom is suitable for puppies from 3-6 months old to get the puppy use to and relaxed in the grooming environment. The groom includes a bath using puppy friendly shampoo, brush and dry. Nails and ear care and a facial trim to keep them looking their best right from the start.
PLEASE NOTE that the puppy introductions are an extremely important part of their future grooming life so we will always go at each puppies pace and not our own. This may mean coming for a first visit to just play and be brushed/combed through and get your puppy used to noises of dryers and standing in the bath and on the table before a next visit to be washed/dried and tidied up. Introductions do no include clipping the coat
HAND STRIPPING
Some dogs need to be hand stripped at least twice a year to get rid of the top coat
Please note that if your dog does not come in for their six weekly groom and are excessively matted, an extra £5-£10 will be charged due to extra time needed to groom and damage to blades. This will also be incurred if your dog is aggressive as it will take longer to groom. A telephone call will be given to discuss this. Late or failed appointments will be charged.
